"My
favourite wines are the ones that have layers of flavour and an
inviting texture. Wines that I can enjoy any time of the
day, whether during a good conversation with friends, while preparing
food, or during a good meal. I don't want any one character to
dominate the other - I'm striving for seamless flavour and smooth,
developed characters. The flagship wine is Ti Point One. Voluptuous,
super concentrated, multi-layered and designed to develop further
over time.
